1. How does the booking process work?
To make a booking with FV Flats you should choose between 2 ways: you can fill and send the booking request form or you can book directly with the booking boton through booking.com. You will find more information in the section How to Book.
2. How do I pay for the booking?
If you send us the booking request we will inform you about the prices and if you agree you will be asked first to pay the 20% of the total booking quote to confirm the reservation; this payment can be made in cash, bank transfer or card. You can find more information in the section How to Book.
The remaining quote of your reservation must be paid at the time of check-in in cash or by credit card.
If you choose to book through booking.com, please follow the instructions of the web page.
3. Are utilities and VAT included in the price?
Yes, utilities and VAT are included in the price.
For reservations over 28 days, the cost of water consumption, electricity and gas are included in the price of the reservation to a maximum of:
-100€ / month for 1 bedroom apartments;
-150€ / month for 3 bedroom apartments;
These amounts are calculated based on responsible uses. The excess amount will be charged to the customer, upon proof of invoices.
4. Do I have to pay a security deposit for the apartment?
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that any damage to the property will be charged to the guest’s credit card provided at check-in.
5. How to cancel your reservation?
Cancellations of confirmed reservations are subject to the following penalties depending on the deadlines.
You will be charged 30% of the total price if you cancel after reservation and the total price if you cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
6. What happens if I break something?
In this case, please call immediately FV Flats to help you as soon as possible. Our commitment is to make you feel at home during your stance. We will try to fix and replace broken items as soon as possible while we evaluate whether or not you should pay any damage.
7. Which are the arrival and departure times?
The check-in is guaranteed from 16:00. If you arrive before 16:00 h, let us know in advance and we will try to arrange your accommodation. Arrivals after 22:00 pm will have a charge of 30 €. Check-in will not be done later than 01:00 a.m. If you arrive after 01:00 h, let us know in advance and we will try to arrange your accommodation.
Departure is at 11:00 h. If you need to check out later, please let us know at the time of check-in and we will do everything possible to satisfy.
8. How I can access the apartment?
If you arrive by plane; once you’ve landed, you should call the contact number that you were given in your confirmation e-mail. When arriving by car, train or boat, you should call one hour before arrival.
9. How do I get the keys?
You will be met directly by a team member of FV Flats at the entrance of the apartment to get the keys and show you the apartment.
10. Can I drink tap water?
Tap water in Valencia is clean and safe throughout the city.
11. Who can help me if I need information during my stay?
During business hours you can call the contact number and we will attend you. In an emergency, outside office hours, customers can call the emergency number that will be provided at the time of check-in.
12. Do I need an adapter for using the appliances in the apartment?
For the equipment and appliances included in the apartment you will not need European power adapters. To use other not compatible devices as electric razors, hair irons, etc. You need an adapter.
13. Are pets allowed?
Yes. Pets are allowed. You must inform FV Flats when booking. It will be required to the pet owner to be responsible for any damage caused and the pet should not cause any nuisance to the neighbourhoods during your stay.
14. Is smoking allowed in the apartments?
Yes, smoking is allowed inside your apartment, but not in common areas such as landing, elevator, parking or stairs.
15. Who can I ask for a crib?
If you need a crib, tell us as soon as possible and we will provide a travel cradle in your apartment. The price is 15 € per service.
16. Who can I ask if I need a garage?
If you want a garage during your stay, tell us as soon as possible to check availability. The price is 10 € per seat per night.
